MCF is entirely funded by free-will and tax-deductible donations from its members and other members of the ADF and the wider Christian community. MCF, in recognition of many years of valuable service to the ADF, has been granted an office in Campbell Park and is authorised to use ADF facilities and administrative processes under the authority of the VCDF group. All income from tax deductable gifts to MCF and sales of MCF merchandise go towards one of the following areas of the ministry:

a.  Staff Worker Salary.

b. Staff Worker visits to ADF bases.

c. Crossfire, Deployment Packs, and other MCF provided resources.

d. Administrative upkeep of MCF (stationary, website costs, accounting software etc).
